How It Works

Your CPF contributions are split across your Ordinary, Special and MediSave accounts, and the split changes as you get older. At 55 a Retirement Account is created, drawing from your Special Account first and then your Ordinary Account, up to the retirement sum you are working towards. That balance funds your CPF LIFE payouts from 65. This calculator projects each account forward using the statutory contribution and interest rates, including the extra interest paid on the first $60,000 of your combined balances.
